1 kg raw mango , washed
6 -7 sprigs mint leaves , washed
2 lemons , washed
1 cup powdered sugar
salt
rock salt
1 teaspoon black peppercorns , crushed
2 teaspoons cumin powder , roasted
soda water , as required
Aam Ka Abshola is a popular summer drink in India, made with ripe or raw mangoes. It's a refreshing beverage that helps to cool the body and provides essential nutrients. Instructions

1.Pressure cook the raw mangoes in 1 cup of water for 2 - 3 whistle.
2.Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid and let the mangoes cool.
3.Peel and remove the pulp using a spoon.
4.Add the pulp to a mixie jar along with mint leaves and lemon juice. Blend it until smooth.
5.Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add powdered sugar.
6.Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
7.Add salt, rock salt, crushed black peppercorns, roasted cumin powder, and mix well.
8.Add soda water and stir well.
9.Serve chilled with ice cubes and mint leaves.
