100 g fenugreek leaves
2 small potatoes , cubed
2 small tomatoes , chopped
1 g chili powder
1 g allspice
1 g turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat oil over medium flame.
2.Add ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3.Add chopped tomatoes and fry until they are soft and mushy.
4.Add cubed potatoes and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
5.Add fenugreek leaves, chili powder, allspice, turmeric powder and mix well.
6.Add salt to taste and sprinkle a little water over the mixture and stir.
7.Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through.
