1/2 cup semolina flour

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

4.Stir in the milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

6.Add water and olive oil and mix until the dough forms.
7.Divide the dough into two parts- one for the bottom layer and the other for the top layer.
8.Roll out the dough for the bottom layer and place it in a well-oiled baking dish.
9.Fill the dish with the spinach mixture and spread it evenly.
10.Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of the mixture.
11.Cover the dish with another layer of rolled-out dough.
12.Brush the top with butter and olive oil.
13.Use a fork to poke several holes in the top layer.
14.Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
15.Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
