1 lime

Instructions

1.Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces.
2.Cut the avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop out flesh into a large bowl. Mash with a fork or potato masher until chunky.
3.Juice the lime over the avocado and mix well.
4.Finely chop the tomato, red onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and garlic cloves. Add to the avocado mixture and mix well.
5.Fold in the crumbled bacon and gorgonzola cheese.
6.Season with cayenne pepper and chipotle pepper to taste.
7.Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
