2 cups brown rice

Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef stew meat, and brown on all sides for about 8 minutes.
2.Add water, carrots, celery, onion, frozen Italian cut green beans, and diced tomatoes to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours, or until beef is tender.
3.Stir in rice vinegar, A.1. Original Sauce, and brown rice. Simmer for another 30 minutes, or until rice is fully cooked.
