Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine 4 and 3/4 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 envelopes fast rising yeast and 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt. Mix well.
2.In a small saucepan, heat the milk, water and peanut butter until warm. Add this to the dry ingredients along with 1 egg and mix well.
3.Add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring to form a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
4.Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
5.In a small bowl, beat the peanut butter, sugar, butter and egg until smooth. Set aside.
6.Roll the dough into a 16x10 inch rectangle. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the dough and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
7.Roll up tightly from the long edge and pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 12 slices and place in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
8.Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
9.Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
