12 lasagna noodles , boiled or 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
1 carton ricotta cheese
1 1/2 lbs cheese ( I use a mix of Provolone , mozzarella )
marinara sauce
2 lbs ground chuck , browned , drained and added to sauce
grated parmesan cheese , for topping

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

3.Place 3-4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, overlapping slightly.
4.Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the noodles, then sprinkle with a layer of cheese blend, then spoon on a generous amount of meat sauce.
5.Repeat layers, ending with a layer of meat sauce, and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cheese is melted and the lasagna is heated through.
