1/2 teaspoon achiote ( or sazon )
1 bay leaf

10 ounces baby red potatoes , halved or quartered

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

5.Add light beer, water, cumin, adobo seasoning, achiote, bay leaf and salt to taste; stir.

7.Add halved or quartered baby red potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
