1/2 cup corn tortilla strips or 1/2 cup corn tortilla chips , crushed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

5.Wrap the tortilla tightly and place it on a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients until all eight are assembled.
6.Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges of the tortillas are golden and crisp. Serve warm.
