1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1/2 cup mango , peeled , seeded and diced
1/4 cup peeled seeded and diced cucumber , Yes cucumber is a fruit
2 teaspoons vodka ( lime , orange or lemon flavored )
1 -2 avocado , ripe , peeled , seed removed and slightly mashed
