2 packages ramen noodles , cooked according to package instructions ( seasoning packet discarded )

Instructions

5.In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice, sugar, ginger, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and half of the chopped peanuts to make the peanut-ginger sauce.
6.Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls and top with grilled beef skewers and chopped green onions.
7.Drizzle with peanut-ginger sauce and sprinkle with remaining chopped peanuts.
