The use of honey in this recipe also makes it slightly healthier than traditional sugar-laden waffles. The addition of flaked sugar on top of the waffle provides a delicious crunch that pairs well with the soft interior. Serve this waffle with your favorite toppings like fresh berries, whipped cream, or maple syrup for a delicious breakfast or brunch treat.
