Instructions

1.In a large pot over medium heat, combine the apple, pineapple, orange, and lemon juice.
2.Add the mead (if using) and sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

4.Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
