3/4 cup mung bean sprouts
15 -20 cherry tomatoes , halved
1 yellow bell pepper , sliced thinly
1/2 cup raw cashews , roughly chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup of fresh mint , roughly torn
2 limes , juice of
1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons nama shoyu or 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions
