Instructions

4.Bake pork at 400°F for 6 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 140°F. Remove from pan; let stand 5 minutes.
5.Follow the instruction on the box couscous. Stir in raisins, apricot, and nuts.
6.Cut pork diagonally across grain into slices. Serve pork over couscous.
