1 1/2 lbs whole sea bream , head on & cleaned
1/2 cup finely diced peeled and seeded tomatoes , drained
2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley , fresh , chopped ( garnish )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the minced green chilies, minced garlic, crumbled dried mint or chopped fresh mint, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and ground black pepper.
2.Place the cleaned whole sea bream on a large platter and drizzle it with some of the sauce, making sure to brush it all over the fish as well as inside the cavity.
3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked all the way through.
4.Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the grill and place it on a large serving platter. Drizzle it with the remaining sauce and sprinkle it with the finely diced tomatoes and chopped parsley.
