Ingredients

250 g lamb , ground
2 lamb sausages , meat squeezed out into a bowl
1/4 cup parsley , finely chopped
2 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons cilantro , finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger , ground
1/2 teaspoon cumin , ground
1/2 white onion , diced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper , freshly ground
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
4 -5 puff pastry , sheets , frozen
1 egg , beaten for brushing
1 egg ( for meat mixture )
1 teaspoon harissa
sesame seeds ( garnish )
Moroccan Lamb Sausage Rolls are a variation on the classic appetizer, with the lamb and spice mix adding an adventurous touch to this popular finger food. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, squeezed lamb sausage meat, parsley, garlic, cilantro, ginger, cumin, diced onion, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil, 1 egg, and harissa. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3.Cut the puff pastry sheets in half, spoon some of the filling down the center of each piece, and roll in the pastry to encase the filling.
4.Brush the top of the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top.
5.Place the rolls on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold with your favorite dipping sauce.
