Ingredients

3 cans chickpeas , rinsed and drained
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons tahini paste
3 tablespoons garlic , minced
4 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons coriander

1/2 cup pesto sauce , cilantro ( garnish ) or 1/2 cup basil ( garnish )

Instructions

1.Take a large pan and put vegetable stock on medium flame. Bring it to a boil.

6.Pour the mixture into the blender and blend it until smooth.
7.Pour the soup into bowls.
8.Garnish it with pesto sauce or cilantro along with some pita chips on the side.
