30 g baker 's yeast

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
2.Slowly add water to the mixture and knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until it becomes soft and elastic.

4.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5.Wet your hands and take a small piece of dough and shape it into a ball. Make a small hole in the center of the ball with your thumb.
6.Gently drop the dough balls into the hot oil and fry them until they become golden brown on both sides.
7.Remove the doughnuts and place them on paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
