Instructions

1.In a food processor or blender, combine the cilantro, garlic, white vinegar, lemon juice, lime juice, paprika, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Pulse until a thick paste forms.
2.Gradually add in the olive oil, pulsing until the mixture is well combined and has a pourable consistency.
3.Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
4.Place the fish into a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fish and seal the bag, making sure the fish is coated in the marinade.
5.Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 6 hours.
6.Preheat the grill or broiler to high. Remove the fish from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
7.Grill or broil the fish for about 8-10 minutes on each side, until cooked through and nicely charred.
