1 large pineapple
8 quarts lukewarm water

1/4 cup black raisins ( handful ) or 1/4 cup golden raisin ( handful )
1 envelope instant yeast

Instructions

1.Cut the pineapple into small pieces and place them in a large pot with lukewarm water, sugar, and raisins. Stir well.

4.Strain the liquid through a cheesecloth into bottles or jars with airtight lids.
