4 garlic cloves , coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed
2/3 cup peanut oil

1 lemon , quartered , to be used for garnish

Instructions

1.Clean and shell the shrimp, leaving on the tails. You can also leave the shells on for more flavor.
