Lamb with Peaches is an elegant recipe that perfectly combines the juicy protein of meat with the sweetness of summer peaches. The tender lamb is first seasoned and cooked in cinnamon, allowing both flavors to meld. The peaches are then added at the appropriate time, cooking until tender and juicy. Lemon or lime adds a touch of tang, and either cilantro or parsley adds an earthy freshness to this decadent dish. It's perfect for holiday meals, special occasions, or just when you want to treat yourself to a delicious meal.

Instructions

1.Season lamb with salt and cayenne in a large bowl and mix well.
2.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add lamb and cook for 8-10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
3.Add in cinnamon sticks, onion, and wine or water to the lamb. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until the lamb is tender and cooked through, for approximately 1 hour.
