1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 dozen mushroom ( this is a guess )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the chicken cubes, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, pepper and cayenne. Cover the bowl and marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
2.Cut the onion and green bell pepper into 1-inch pieces and alternate the chicken, onion, green bell pepper and mushrooms onto skewers.
3.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and browned.
4.Serve the kebabs hot with some fluffy basmati rice and a side of fresh salad.
