Ingredients

1 pound ground lamb
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground sweet paprika
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 onions , peeled and cut into chunks
4 cloves garlic , peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 bunch fresh parsley , chopped
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 small eggs

Instructions

1.In a food processor, add the onions and garlic and blend until pureed.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the pureed onion mixture with the lamb, beef, salt, black pepper, cumin, sweet paprika, tomato paste, parsley, flour, and eggs. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
3.Shape the mixture into small rissoles, about the size of a golf ball.
4.Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the rissoles to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
5.Serve hot with your favorite sides or in a pita wrap.
