3 cloves garlic , chopped
2 oranges , zested and juiced
1 pinch ground cinnamon
4 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup plain yogurt
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a blender or food processor, grind the walnuts until they're finely chopped.

4.Stir in the orange zest and juice, cinnamon, and ground black pepper, and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
5.Add the ground walnuts and vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
6.Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the soup has slightly thickened.
7.Add the plain yogurt and cilantro and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
8.Season the soup with salt and additional black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
