Instructions

1.In a pan, add in cashews and dry roast them on low flame till light golden brown.
2.In a separate pan, add in sugar and water, mix well and cook until the syrup becomes thick.
3.Now, add in the roasted cashews and stir well until the cashews are coated with the syrup.
4.Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes, and then add in powdered milk.
5.Stir continuously on low flame until the mixture starts leaving the pan.
6.Now, transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread evenly.
7.Cut the Omani cashew barfi into small squares and serve.
