Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.In a large bowl, mix the minced beef, finely chopped parsley, grated onion, tomato puree, eggs, tuna in brine, grated cheese, salt, pepper, crushed garlic cloves, harissa or paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and dried mint. Combine everything well.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together 3 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Set this mixture aside.
4.Grease a large baking dish with oil, then use your hands to shape the meat mixture into a large meatball. Place the meatball in the center of the baking dish.
5.Pour the water mixture over the meatball, then place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
6.Bake the meatball for 60-75 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
7.Let the meatball cool for a few minutes before serving. Slice and serve with your favorite sides, such as rice or potatoes.
