1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder ( optional )
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons water
hot pepper oil
crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
2.Heat up some hot pepper oil on a large skillet and add the onions, carrots, and five spice powder ( optional ). Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
3.Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and continue to cook until the chicken is brown on all sides.
4.Once the chicken is brown, add chicken broth and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
5.While the chicken is simmering, mix the sour cream, cornstarch, and water in a bowl. Once mixed, add it to the skillet and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6.Serve hot and enjoy!
