2 lbs flounder fillets , cut to make 4 pieces
1/4 cup flour

Instructions

1.In a small food processor, pulse parsley, scallions, and lemon juice until minced.

Dredge in flour, shaking off excess. Cook 4 fillets until browned and just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Serve with couscous.
