Instructions

1.Empty the package of Vigo completely seasoned easy to prepare red beans and rice mix into a microwave-safe casserole dish.
2.Add the package of Sazon Goya with coriander and annatto to the mix.
3.Pour in 2 1/2 cups of water and stir well.
4.Cover the dish with a lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap and microwave on High for 15 minutes.
5.Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork and serving.
