2 packages wonton wrappers
1 egg , beaten

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, ground beef, ground pork, bean sprouts, celery, green onion, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

3.Lay out the wonton wrappers, and spoon a tablespoon of the filling into the center of each wrapper.
4.Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold the wrapper over the filling creating a half-moon shape.

6.Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the mandu till golden brown.
