Ingredients

1 leek , white part only , cleaned and sliced
2 medium carrots , peeled and chopped
1 pear , peeled and sliced
1/2 cup dates , sliced

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, cinnamon, ginger, and coriander.
