Ingredients

1 small fresh coconut
1 mango , unripe , sliced
5 green chilies , chopped
1/2 green pepper , chopped
1 small onion , chopped
2 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 lime , juice of ( optional )
1 pinch salt

Instructions
