Ingredients

3 oranges ( see preparation below )
2 blood oranges
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 -3 cardamom pods

Instructions

1.Peel the oranges and remove the pith, cut them into thin slices and arrange on a plate.

4.Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the syrup thickens slightly and the cardamom flavor is infused.
