Ingredients

3 potatoes
1 egg
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup plain flour , dived in half
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.Peel 3 potatoes and cut into round slices.
2.Boil the potato slices till they are soft.
3.With the help of spoon scoop out a small hole in the boiled potatoes.
4.Take a bowl, break an egg in it, add turmeric and salt to it.
5.Now fill the potatoes with the egg mixture.
6.Sprinkle some plain flour on the filled potatoes.
7.Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes till golden brown.
8.Serve hot with ketchup or any Chutney of your choice.
