Instructions

1.Cut beef liver into bite size pieces and wash thoroughly before marinating with garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, chili powder and the juice of 2 limes for 30 minutes.
2.Slice green chilies and add them to the pan with vegetable oil. Cook them on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until they turn slightly brown.
3.Add the marinated liver to the pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes until it is fully cooked.
4.Add the juice of 1 lime and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
