Ingredients

1 kg small cucumber , up to 5 inches long
1/4 kg sea salt
1/2 head garlic
2 -3 bunches dill
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups water

Instructions

1.Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
2.In a large mixing bowl, mix the cucumber slices and sea salt together thoroughly.
3.Set the cucumbers aside for about an hour in the mixing bowl, and then rinse them off with cold water.
4.Peel and slice the garlic, chop the dill into small pieces and mix the garlic, dill, and coriander seeds together in a separate bowl. Add the cucumber slices to the mixture.
5.In a pot, mix the vinegar and water and bring it to a boil. Add the cucumber mixture to the pot.
6.Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the pickles into a clean, airtight container and store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
