2 cups rice
2 onions , chopped very fine
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup boiled chicken gizzard
1/2 cup chicken liver
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon pine nuts

1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
cooking oil , as needed
salt and pepper

Instructions

6.Serve the rice in a large bowl, topped with the fried mixture.
