1/2 lb thinly sliced steak ( very thin , and not fatty )
1 large onion ( pureed to liquid )
salt & pepper
oil ( for frying )
fine breadcrumbs ( add a spoon of flour to these )

Instructions

1.Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
2.Dip the steak in the pureed onion and coat thoroughly.

5.Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
