1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seed
2 tomatoes , pureed
1 tablespoon ketchup
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Add the paneer cubes and fry until golden brown. Remove and place in a bowl.

3.Add the minced ginger root, minced garlic, garam masala, turmeric, and fennel seed. Stir well to combine.
4.Add the pureed tomatoes, ketchup, salt, and water. Mix well and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cover the pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the veggies are cooked.
5.Add the fried paneer cubes and chopped cilantro. Mix well and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
6.Serve hot with rice or bread.
