1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 pounds beef tenderloin , cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup coconut milk
1 bag spinach
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1.In a large pan, heat ghee over medium-high heat.
2.Add garlic, onion, and serrano peppers. Cook until onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3.Add whole cloves, garam masala, ground coriander, chile powder, turmeric, and ground cumin. Stir well.
4.Add cubed beef to the pan and toss to mix with spices.
5.Add salt and chopped tomatoes. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
6.Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
7.Add coconut milk and spinach. Stir well and let simmer until spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes.
8.Add lemon juice and stir well.
