Ingredients

8 eggs

1/4 cup jaggery ( palm sugar )
1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

1.Boil the eggs in water for about 10 minutes, then gently crack the shells and set them aside.
