Ingredients

1 quart cooking oil
5 slices white bread , quartered
1 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts

Instructions

7.Dip the fried bread slices one by one into the syrup mixture and coat them well. Place them onto a serving dish and garnish with chopped pistachio nuts. Serve hot or cold.
