Ingredients

1 teaspoon ghee ( clarified butter )
2 ounces vermicelli , broken into 1/2-inch pieces
1 can evaporated milk
12 fluid ounces water
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons raisins
1/2 cup toasted almonds ( optional )

Instructions

7.Turn off the heat and keep the saucepan covered for a few minutes.
8.Serve in bowls, topped with toasted almonds (if desired).
