Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3.Add semolina flour, all-purpose flour, yeast mixture, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, allspice, mahleb, black sesame seeds, rose water, orange flower water, and 1 cup of warm water. Mix thoroughly till dough is formed.
4.Preheat the oven to 350°F while you roll the small balls of the dough in your palm and place them on baking sheets.
5.Bake the cookies for 20 minutes until lightly golden brown.
