Alternative Tabbouleh (Tabouli) is a healthy and flavorful salad that originates from the Middle East. Instructions

1.In a small saucepan, bring water, lemon juice, olive oil, mint, salt, and black pepper to a boil.

4.In a large bowl, combine the cooked bulgur wheat, tomato, cucumber, red onion, broccoli florets, and dried cranberries.
5.Toss until well combined.
6.Serve chilled or at room temperature.
