Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 teaspoons yellow curry powder, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic.
2.Add chicken strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
