1 1/2 pounds pork belly , skin removed

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing together honey, Shaoxing cooking wine, hoisin sauce, pureed kiwi, Chinese dark soy sauce, Thai chile sauce, grated garlic, oyster sauce and Chinese five-spice powder.
2.Add the pork belly to the marinade, making sure it is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic and marinate the pork in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
3.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
4.Place the pork on a roasting rack and roast on the middle rack of the oven for about 40-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5.Remove the pork from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing it into thin pieces.
6.Serve with rice and vegetables.
