Instructions

1.In a small food processor, pulse together cilantro, garlic, and cumin seeds until a paste forms.
2.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Cook beef until browned and no longer pink.
3.Add diced onions, potatoes, and carrots to the skillet. Cook and stir vegetables for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
4.Add the cilantro-garlic paste, turmeric, paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
5.Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juice and stir to combine all ingredients. Reduce heat to low and let sauce simmer for at least 15 minutes.
6.While the sauce simmers, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta and set aside.
7.When the sauce is finished simmering, serve over the angel hair pasta.
